This triple-fruited Gose is a celebration of all things cherry. To create a vibrant and expressive fruit flavour we used every part of fresh new season sweet and sour cherries, from skin to stone. A portion of the fruit was juiced by hand in the brewery, providing a subtle complexity. The addition of Himalayan pink salt and vanilla pods amplifies each flavour, resulting in a beer that is sweet, sour, full-bodied and juicy!
