Drawing inspiration from the sweet and savoury breakfasts of Canada we decided to brew this satisfyingly drinkable breakfast stout. A robust foundation of oats alongside smoked, chocolate, black and crystal malt allows the unmistakable flavour of Canadian maple syrup to shine with the addition of Coffee and Cacao nibs providing a balanced complexity. The resulting beer is unctuous full-bodied and smooth.
