PASSION FOR ACID is a fruity delight at 5.1% Passion Fruit, Papaya and Pink Guava Mixed Fermentation Sour. Co-fermented with a blend of lactobacillus + WLP644 Sacc 'Brux' Trois and conditioned on 120kg of fruit puree before received a light 3g/l dry-hop with Kazbek.
