Bold Flavours from the Heart of Argentina

 A lovely Malbec, with a perfumed bright, vibrant nose of violets and bramble fruit followed by a rich, juicy palate with ripe plums and blackberry, liquorice and exotic spice leaving a pleasant and soft finish.

Crushed grapes were initially held in cold maceration for three days. Fermentation then took place in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 25°C, with a total maceration of twenty days. An unoaked style with final ageing in tank, allowing the wine to show pure fruit character.

Grapes coming from 10-20 year old vines in Lujan de Cuyo and Maipu. Medium yields of twelve tons per hectare create balance between rich character and freshness in the grapes.
