Cloudwater - Eternal Bird Sings

 For Eternal Bird, we explore the complex and intense nature of New Zealand hops by layering Nelson, Motueka and NZ Cascade, crafting an experience of tropical juice and fruity dankness. We’ve then amped up this brew with the addition of Fresh Nelson, Fresh Wai-iti and Fresh Waimea Hopkiefs from Freestyle hops. These liquid hops are added to the dry hopping process to further amplify and lock in as much flavour in the liquid as possible.
