Introducing Stressy Man, a delightful India Pale Ale brewed with our cool, calm and collected friends from Campervan Brewery in Leith, Edinburgh. Connor, one of Campervan's finest brewers made the trip down from Edinburgh early last month to join us for the brew day. It was a dream day.
Glorious weather, great company, and pasties for lunch. Not an ounce of stress was induced, in fact quite the opposite. Post work the team had the delight of enjoying a fully loaded Campervan Tap Takeover for the evening at The Pagan Arms! Fast forward one month and the beer is packed and ready to enjoy, it's tasting incredible. Stressy Man features three beautiful, lesser known hops; Elani, Lumminosa and Meridian, kindly supplied by Brewers Select and Crosby Hops, for aromas and flavours beaming of candied orange, ripe peach and mango flesh, and strawberry flavoured fruit pastels.
