The organic Monastrell vines, more than 30 years old, are planted in clay and limestone soil, and are situated in plots at 600 metres altitude in the interior of Valencia. There is a favourable microclimate with good airing and luminosity between the bunches of grapes.
The wine spends 3 months in French and American oak barrels.
Very intense red and black mature fruit, balsamic, liquorice and minty notes. Full, intense and fresh initial taste, good rounded mouthfeel, fruity, balanced and lighter finish.
Perfect for drinking in good company, for accompanying tapas, with all types of pasta and stew dishes.
