Built on our usual base of British pale, oats and wheat with a light helping of Carapils with a healthy dose of Columbus and Centennial in the whirlpool. Fermented this time on London Ale III for that peachy ester we’ve then dry hopped this belter in two stages with Idaho 7, Enigma and Centennial as the main star to 20g/L.
Initial aroma is floral, pine, bergamot, grapefruit and a touch of dank while the body develops to something different giving you a big in initial kick of zesty fresh orange, apricots, red berries and grapefruit again. Deceptively light body for the abv that feels airy and light while soft in texture and that pleasing resinous finish tops it off nicely.
