We've used a traditional british ale yeast that gives plenty of tropical fruit flavour but a slightly drier finish, in an aim to give serious drinkability to this 7.2% IPA. We dry hopped cold and heavy, with fresh Citra Cryo. We've got exactly what we wanted - a tropical, juicy, grassy fresh, very pale, incredibly hazy IPA...that has insane drinkability.
