Wander Beyond - Opiliones

Opiliones is a full bodied, malty and chocolatey stout infused with fresh Brazilian Tonka Beans, Peruvian Cacao Nibs and Vanilla. This fragrant and slightly spicy bean adds an unusual yet intriguing and perfumed aroma, backed up by an expected chocolate ice cream flavour derived from the malt, nibs and vanilla. We used a relatively simple grist comprising of 5 different malts to enable the adjuncts to sing and dance.
