Verdant v Uchu v Finback - Little Summer Beer Bash

A beer brewed with Uchu Brewing from Japan and Finback from New York City. Uchu’s pouring station was absolutely slammed during both LSBB sessions and it was also the first one to sell out! Masa, the brewery's owner, brought along surely the most photographed beer of the event: a wild Atom Mango Smoothie Sour. Speaking of fruited beers, our pals at Finback are brewing some of the best examples of fruited IPAs we've ever tried… So, we all decided to go VERY fruity with this collaboration! In this New England IPA (6.5%), we've combined hops that consistently taste of mango with a hefty dose of mango puree. We’ve also juiced it up even further using a mango extract from Skyfarm. The result? A very fruity, incredibly delicious beer!
