Verdant v Stoup v Bale Breaker - Little Summer Beer Bash

A collaboration features West Coast experts Stoup and Bale Breaker, hailing all the way from Seattle (USA). We discovered these two breweries back in September 2024 during our trip to Yakima for the US hop harvest. We were blown away by the quality of their beers, especially the West Coast IPAs we sampled at their taprooms. We also really got along with their team and thought, we have to invite them to pour at LSBB 2025! Their beers are usually only available in the US, so it felt amazing to see so many of you trying them here in Penryn.
 
It was fascinating to learn from both of them whilst planning the recipe for this West Coast IPA (7%). After much back and forth, we settled on pilsner grist paired with smooth yet punchy bitterness from Mosaic, alongside a generous addition of beautiful hops cold side. We also gave it the hop-dipped treatment with Mosaic Incognito to maximise flavour. Get it, drink it!
