Verdant v Omnipollo - Three Times Three Volume 7

Introducing Three Times Three Vol. 7! This edition brings together seven breweries: Omnipollo (SWE), Verdant (UK), Bellwoods (CAN), Great Divide (US), Deep Fried Beers (US), Freak Folk (US), and Messorem (CAN), bridging tradition and innovation through one collective recipe: a bold, hazy DIPA.

Collaborating on this project meant delving deep into the details with like-minded brewers who share a passion for crafting hazy juice bombs. We chatted for days and days, compared processes, explored what makes each of our approaches unique, and found an exciting middle ground to shape something greater than the sum of its parts.
 
The very first batch was brewed at Omnipollo’s Church Brewery in Stockholm a few weeks ago, but each brewery was also invited to brew the beer at their own home and tweak it slightly. Our version of this massive DIPA is very close to the original, with a wheat-heavy pale grist and heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin, at a massive 30 g/l! We also added a bit of Hop Kief® cryogenic dry hopping liquid for an extra oompf! Expect a tropical-forward, softly bitter DIPA born from shared curiosity, creative exchange, and a touch of Omnipollo’s magic.
