Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
A collaboration brewed with our good friends at Woodshedding Brewery, based near Shepton Mallet. Woodshedding officially started brewing in 2024 at the former site of The Wild Beer Company, and they place a strong emphasis on using regeneratively farmed grains from local farmers. The core of their mission is to brew simple yet distinctive beer from complex soil.
The Woodshedding team and ethos really inspired us to think differently, so this week we’re excited to launch “This House” using only regeneratively farmed grains. It’s a small step we’re taking toward supporting a healthier future for our land in the UK, our communities, and of course, brewing a lip smackin’ tasty beer for y’all.
The result is an exceptionally pale, crisp, and dry Pale Ale with medium bitterness, perfect for summertime supping, celebrating some beautiful English hop varieties: Harlequin from Herefordshire and East Kent Goldings & Admiral from the Redsell farm in Kent.
