Unbarred v Ora - Mango and Passionfruit Gelato

Four years after our first collaboration with Italian brewing friends Ora we’ve brewed together again!

Sweet, sticky mangos and passionfruit harmonise together to create our take on an ice cream Pale. Full bodied, sweet, lusciously thick with a subtle tartness coupled with additions of lactose and vanilla to bring that creamy gelato vibe.

The Gelato series is a series of collaboration brews to make creamy, lightly soured, fruit-forward beers that are both thirst-quenching and as satisfying as a proper Gelato in the summer.
