Our most decadent and biggest beer to date, Into The Night is brewed in collaboration with imperial stout brewing heavyweights - Mikerphone in Chicago and Factory Brewing in Finland. A complex malt bill and a 10 hour boil results in a rich, velvety and extravagant beer meant for slow savoring - a perfect companion for cosy winter evenings by the fire. Huge additions of the finest A-grade Madagascan vanilla pods, toasted coconut and a blend of washed Columbian and natural Ethiopian coffee from Volcano coffee works in Brixton. We're getting freshly baked brownies, toasted marshmallow, affogato and gentle bourbon warmth.
