This is an absolute hop monster! Possibly one of our most successful hop combos and grist pairings to date. Using Extra pale and Pilsner malts along with Maris Otter, Vienna and some crystal malts to add a touch of malt complexity, we mashed this high to leave a smidge of unfermentable sugars before adding WHC Saturated to chew through the wort leaving us with a luscious 6.6% on the wobble scale and a delicious pillow soft mouthfeel. Amarillo, El Dorado and Galaxy were added in the whirlpool and then a massive dry hop charge a day into fermentation to get that wonderful complex yet stable biotransformation flavours. Subtle grassy aromas meet you in the glass, something we absolutely love here at TH, then you're gifted with an incredible peach, guava and stone fruit mix with a piney backbone. This one is simply gorgeous!
