An eminently drinkable pale ale with a light, slightly bready malt character coming from extra pale and wheat malt. A new hop for us, Zappa is paired with our old favourite Citra to bring mango and papaya goodness alongside a pleasantly herbal and vinous quality which leads to a beautifully pleasant bitter finish with just a touch of sweetness.
