We've settled on a pretty reliable grist for this series now which absolutely beings the thunder in terms of holding the whole beer up and tying it all together. Extra pale, wheat and oats coupled with an addition of lactose really ups the full-bodied creaminess to 11!
Layer on top of that the dream team of Citra, Strata and Rakau and by gum you'll be whisked away on a one-way trip to warm peachy, guava and mango laden tropical paradise. Aromatically this is almost perfumed from the pungent floral, fruity combination of these hops which stays through the taste and all the way to the finish which is slightly bitter and lingering.
