Daydreaming of good times way back when we were able to breathe in the sweet spring air without fear of viruses...it seems so long ago! This zesty IPA captures the flavours of Riwaka and Mosaic - soft vinous and herbal notes from Riwaka reminiscent of sweet Woodruff, freshly mown grass and orange flesh. The Mosaic adds a touch of pineapple and honeydew melon, lingering alongside a soft bitterness to finish. Extra pale, Munich, oats and wheat make up the malt base, lending a softness with some slightly biscuity notes which complements and maximises the fruity hop flavours before ebbing away to leave a refreshing, pithy finish.
