During our time over in Yakima Valley last September, we were lucky enough to meet many talented hop farmers - one of which were the good people at Loza Farms, a Chicano-owned hop farm from Wapato, WA. During hop selection, the hops you choose can come from a varying number of farms, but for this one brew, we were able to get all the Citra, Simcoe & Centennial from Loza Farms - something which is unlikely to ever happen again!
A super soft body and perfect carbonation lets these hops shine through with waves of Honeydew Melon and Ripe Kiwi skin dancing around your palate.
