Our friends at Pinta in Wieprz, Poland know a thing or two about brewing a bold Imperial Stout - in fact, we were blown away with what they had on offer at Tallinn Craft Beer week earlier this year and decided we definitely had to brew one together.
Many recipes and variations were discussed, and we finally came to the decision that a deep, rich and indulgent take on a Chocolate and Gingerbread Cake was the way to go. Very fitting for this time of year, and hugely warming too.
Get your feet up in front of the fire over this festive period and enjoy this as your well-deserved dessert.
