HBC 1019 is a new experimental hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company, which is a joint venture between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches. We'll be sure you'll be seeing plenty more of this hop in future, but for now, we're one of the first in the UK to use it and couldn't be happier with the results - think of it as a more citrus led Sabro, all on top of our beautifully soft IPA base.
