Track - Hikari

Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:

Brewed with our Mancunian brethren from Blackjack and designed whilst sipping mimosas on a drizzly Thursday, we've come up with Hikari, a pillowy doff of the cap to the aforementioned cocktail. A bombastic base of extra pale, oats and wheat provides the joose and on the dry hop we've got Nelson, a perfect, vinous, gooseberry fool of a hop. The orange zest addition really lifts the hop with pithy citrus and mellow, smooth orange juice overtones. The finish is soft yet zippy with a long, juicy finish.
