Track - High Noon

Mosaic is a hop we adore at Track, and it's seen as a classic for good reason. However, of late, we've not used it anywhere near enough as we'd like, so we had to change that ASAP and decided to brew a beautifully soft and hazy pale ale, with Mosaic front and centre, backed up with the lesser well known, but still playing a key role in this beer - Waimea & El Dorado. A bright, but dank tangerine start, leads quickly into a nice dry finish making you dive back in for more before you know it.
