We first used HBC 586 in our collaboration with Equilibrium - Discovery One, and have fallen truly in love with it, so couldn't wait to do a single-hopped beer and give it the DDH treatment in our Dreaming of... series.
We can't think of many more ways to describe this other than liquid pineapple cubes, all.....day....long!
