Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:

Brewed in collaboration with our pals Crosby and Loughran who supply our wonderful hops. We loaded this sumptuous DIPA with pilsner malt, malted oats, flaked oats and malted wheat and fermented it using a fruity, flavourful yeast. Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool brings delicate herbal notes and rounded bitterness with the dry hop of Nelson and Idaho 7 bringing intense mango, grapefruit and lemon meringue pie flavours. The finish is long, fruity and refreshing with a little resinous fresh pine.
