Roly Poly comes in at a gentle 4.2%. We’ve made some tweaks since the last brew — more protein-rich malts, and a refreshed all-American hop bill of Strata, Citra, and Idaho 7. The result is a lush, hazy IPA with blood orange, tropical fruit and a subtle dank edge.
