A very special release distilled in collaboration with Cheshire Wildlife Trust, this small batch gin is made with handpicked flowers from the meadows managed by Cheshire Wildlife trust, that surround our woodland distillery.
£5 per bottle will be paid to Cheshire Wildlife trust to assist them in their outstanding work protecting Cheshire’s meadows.
TASTING NOTES
Juniper and elderflower take centre stage, with subtle notes of rose coming through mid palate, and a lingering finish with a suggestion of lavender. This is not a sweet perfumed gin, it is juniper-forward and finely balanced, and pairs very well with both a classic and a pink citrus tonic, depending on your preference.
