Tempest - The Old Parochial (Barrel Aged)

The Bothy Code decrees that one should break bread and share whisky around the fire with fellow visitors. In that spirit, we made this, an imperial scotch ale aged in single malt casks from Speyside courtesy of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

Everything about this year’s vintage is exactly how it should be with hints of caramel, fruitcake and the lingering hum of the finest whisky. Time to raise a can to the wilds of Scotland and the art of barrel-ageing.
