Cherry Bomb is made with a mix of morello, nalina, valenska and johanna cherries from either end of the sweet spectrum and brewed with our house-sour yeast blend to add plenty of zip and lactic funk to those deeper, rich Kirsch notes. Delivering equal parts sharp acidity and sweet juiciness... I think we might just have dropped the Fruit Sour A-bomb
