This wheat saison primarily fermented with an extremely dry and assertive farmhouse years strain. Then it’s aged in stainless tanks at our Blendery for 6 months atop our house mixed culture and yummy blackberry puree. Finally, it’s aged for a year in the bottle! This beer is extremely drinkable; jammy and effervescent with a classic bone-dry farmhouse finish.
