This is a mixed fermentation (Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces) hoppy pale ale. LOTS of hops again: Saaz in their coolship basket, Sorachi Ace, Hallertauer Blanc, Centennial, Calypso… Lots of fruit again, but this time with a bit of leathery Bretty funkiness.
