The late 'Thag Simmons' invented the Double Dry Hopped Double India Pale Ale in 1982 and this beer is named in his honour. Two Jurassic dry hops of Citra Cryo followed by Galaxy & Simcoe will take you to the farside of what a DIPA can be.
