The Polly's team love Sabro - this latest hype hop is positively bursting with incredible tropical notes and comes to the fore here, backed up by Citra, Mosaic and Enigma.
Doubled up and hopped out to the max, this is a pale ale that carries all the flavour intensity and body of a Polly's IPA, but at a much more sessionable strength. Fermented out with another growing favourite in Kveik yeast, expect to find punchy Sabro piña colada notes running throughout alongside passionfruit, mango, and citrus fruits from the Mosaic, Citra and Enigma hops.
