It feels like an age since we saw the peak of the DIPA hype train of a few years ago. The style in which we pride ourselves so heavily has taken a little bit of a back seat more recently as we navigate through everything the universe seems determined to throw at us, but we’re back with aplomb to remind everyone of our hype juice credentials here with Pink Skies. Featuring an all-Nelson whirlpool addition to bring some pithy bitterness to the party before being slathered with a nutsy 22g/l dry-hop charge heavy on the Nelson with further additions of Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Galaxy, this is an all out fiesta of new school juiciness. A DIPA made exclusively for the hop-heads, expect to find a doubly decadent beer filled to the nines with passionfruit, gooseberry, pineapple, mango, and stonefruit notes littered throughout.
