Pollys Brew Co have been missing DIPAs from their output for a while; it’s time to set things back in order. Lo-Fi is our celebration of all things low bitterness and high juice. Featuring our in house blend with a dash of our new yeast profile, they’ve smashed together two of our favourite IPA hop combos in Citra Columbus and Mosaic Simcoe to form an almighty frankenstein’s monster of a DIPA.
Drinking like a beer half the ABV, expect to find a plethora of stone fruits, juicy mango, and pineapple all served up in a beer so hazy it might just be absorbing light.
