If there’s one thing we love here at Polly’s, then it’s the melding of the unique characteristics of the beers that inspired us to brew in the first place, along with the techniques we’ve learned along our own brewing journey as we enter our sixth year of brewing commercially. It’s a Vibe combines the super soft, pillowy mouthfeel of the American new school haze merchants we’re so heavily influenced by, along with a flourish on the dry-hop charge that we love to claim as our own. Featuring a pyramid dry hop bill of Loral, Simcoe and Mosaic in descending order for a new school juice explosion with a hint of noble hop complexity, and just a whisper of whirlpooled Loral bitterness, we feel we’ve edged ever so closer on that quest with this beer.
