It can't be said enough that we love ourselves a bit of nostalgia here at Polly's. Back in the days when things were simple; everything was bright eyed and bushy tailed, and pandemics were a thing we only knew about in history books. We were looking through the in-house Spotify account at our most played of 2019, and there was a definitive soundtrack which followed the brewery around, specifically Arron when he used to lace up his steel toecaps and run beers out in the van - LCD Soundsystem. Wanting to pay homage to these New York City heavyweights, a gap in our brew plans was filled by our raven-haired Head of Sales literally saying "Shut up and play the hits!". Citra, Simcoe, Bru-1 and Idaho 7 are the big crowd pleasers here, with a sneaky album track Cashmere thrown in for good measure.
