Polly's love language and delving into the meaning of words here at the brewery. Their resident 18th Century dandy Arron used “farrago” in an email when describing the current global climate and we absolutely fell in love with the word, and immediately applied it to one of the IPAs in our brew plans.
The hop bill in this beer of Nelson Sauvin, Sabro, and Mosaic fits the bill perfectly, with a mish mash of what are, in our opinion, the best hop varietals they could possibly get their hands on added in the dry hop. The result? An intense flavour medley of mango, gooseberry, citrus fruits, and just a little hint of creamy coconut from the Sabro...
