It’s all well and good utilising a blend of those cornerstone hops that built our brewery up over the last eight and a half years; we’ll always have a love for the classics like Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra, but once in a while it’s way more fun to let the reins off and work with a load of newer hype-forward hops and see what a combination brings. To say we’ve dialled up the hype on Bigger Petals would be an understatement. Nectaron for all those peach, strawberry and pineapple notes, before Strata bursts in with deep passionfruit, dragonfruit, and that signature underbelly of cannabis smoke, and lastly everyone’s new favourite hop here at Polly’s Luminosa.
