Excess. We all do it, and whisper it quietly, there’s no shame in it either. When we were writing the recipe that ultimately became this beer, we just kept adding, and adding and adding until before we knew it, it had become the single biggest hop bill on a pale ale that we’d ever commissioned. Take a deep breath before you say it - Cascade, Citra, Ekuanot, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata are all lavishly used in abundance on Ball Pit Conquer Quest; a pale ale that hides ferocious amounts of flavour behind its drinkable ABV. Think a delicious medley of tangerine, lemon and lime citrus zing, passionfruit, apricot, and peach sweetness, balanced with herbal sage notes, prickly pine needles, and dank weed notes in what might be our most understated but flavour packed pale ale to date.
