Polly’s Brew Co - Azacca

As we're closing out the year that was 2021 (and what a year it was!), we wanted to make a trio of beers celebrating each respective branch of the brewery's favourite hop varietal. Team Brewhouse have opted for a more bedded-in varietal to the Polly's lineup, but one no less exciting to work with every time it appears on a recipe. Blown away at how intense the latest crop of Azacca was, they wanted to give the platform and showcase to a varietal that very often gets left behind compared to its new school compatriots. A full on stateside slammer, and a bonafide Polly's favourite, expect to find a full on swagbag of intense mango, papaya, pineapple and citrus notes, with just a hint of spice on the back end to keep everything in check.
