 As we’re transitioning out of the peak of summer into the more brisk evenings of late summer and early Autumn, so too are we moving out of the hyper focus on more sessionable beers to drink in the blistering sun and moving back toward the hype-driven beers that we can enjoy huddled in a group with mates, sharing a couple of cans and flavour profiles in a bustling taproom or bar. As Above, So Below is a return to what Polly’s absolutely does best - wandering into DIPA territory and utilising the freshest, hype-forward hops we possibly can. Two varieties that have charmed the craft beer world in recent years in Nectaron and Strata buddy up.
