Our new brewer Albert named this one - and he chose the hops too. Citra from the USA together with Nelson Sauvin and Eggers Special Riwaka from New Zealand. The Riwaka is a special epigenetic variant that we selected for its aroma and flavour like no other! This one is a beauty!
