Ending the year on a big note! This is the biggest IPA we’ve ever brewed coming in at 12.5%. Double mashed with plenty of oats and wheat to ensure maximum mouthfeel and then heavily whirlpool hopped with Citra Incognito and Cryo plus Idaho 7 T90 to give a rich juicy base layer. For the dry hop, more of the same plus the distinct white grape flavours of Nelson Sauvin, this beast of an IPA is dripping in sweet orange and ripe pineapple, finishing with a lime zest zing.
