OFS005 is a 7% DDH IPA that sees us trial a new pure hop product, Incognito, a concentrated liquid packed with all the important, flavoursome oils and none of the less desirable vegetal materials. We added Citra Incognito to the whirlpool along with a smaller portion of tradtional T90s, and dry hopped with Citra BBC, Mosaic plus some Bru-1, which brings a distinct pineapple note to the beer. The overall results are vibrantly fruity, a silky smooth IPA with a tropical fruit bowl of flavours.
