The first hop bomb to come out in the new OFS series, for this DDH DIPA we tried out a new technique for maintaining long term haze density.
Coming in at 8.3%, the base is classic NE style, loaded with oats and wheat, and then double dry hopped with Citra T90 and BBC, El Dorado and Cashmere for notes of tangerine, pineapple and citrus zest.
