This 10.9% Triple IPA is a big, hop-packed treat of a beer worthy to celebrate steps towards a normality returning. Loaded with Mosaic, El Dorado and Amarillo, we also try out a variety new to us, Zappa (Yes, it is named after Frank). Zappa brings notes of passion fruit, mint and spice and a sherbet fruitiness to the mix alongside the signature tangerine aromas of Amarillo and El Dorado and the dripping, ripe tropical fruit bowl that Mosaic reliably delivers.
