7 years? Doesn’t time fly! We figured we’d celebrate by brewing up an IPA with our favourite combinations of hops and malt. With a grist made up with high portions of wheat and oats, we went to town with an El Dorado, Cashmere, Citra, and Mosaic dry hop, with intense, tropical results.
